Hi P! Right now I’m reading a book Mike gave me about meditation. Although, I have a craving to read something set in Edwardian England, something Downton Abbey-ish. Another book that I might pick up is “Moonwalking with Einstein”. It’s about memoy and you know how bad mine is :-) I’m also super curious about this book from 1968 called “Advice to a Young Wife from an Old Mistress”. How juicy does that sound?! What about you?

I have one for you Sass – ‘The Edwardians’ by Vita Sackville-West. I read that during the height of my Downtown Abbey mania.

Oooooh! Sounds like its exactly what I’m looking for! Thanks for the reco, maharl! Mwah!

Hey girls, I’m so out of it I hadn’t even heard of Downton Abbey until I got a REALLY REALLY AWESOME apple tv last night (thanks to my really, really awesome bro & sis – we are so psyched!!!). So now am going to get into that and read The Edwardians as well. Advice to a Young Wife sounds intriguing… will put it on my wish list so i dont forget about it. All I’ve been reading lately are What to Exxpect (the first year), Raising Boys, etc etc. Boring.

What’s an apple tv? I’m really ignoy. I don’t know if you guys are into historical dramas but I just recently finished The Borgias. I loved it. Can’t wait for Season 2. The Downton Abbey X’mas Special really made my X’mas. I can’t wait for you to see it P!

Hi Maharl!Don’t worry! I was ignoy too until J installed it one day! It’s basically a contraption that allows you to rent/ buy/ watch anything on itunes in your tv. It also has more nifty features , but you need an itunes account. OOH! I heard about the Borgias series. Must watch that next. I am still episode 4 of downton Season 2. The scene where Mary is singing and Mathew walks in! Bawlfest!
